Since telecommunications have been more and more important in these times, supporting them is more important as well. Because of that, we are now presenting two types of support:

  • standard, and
  • emergency.

Standard Support

For anything that doesn't need to be given attention right away and it can be scheduled with the following features:

  • 50 USD/hr rate with 15 mins increments. A price that has been in order for the last two years.
  • Could be scheduled using our calendar tool at
  • Available only on weekdays during working hours (EST time 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday except for Canadian holidays - National or provincial - We are in Ontario) unless we have a previous agreement.
  • 24 hrs notice (unless we have an agreement or you have a support package hired).

Emergency Support

For things that need attention right away with the following features:

  • 100 USD/hr one hour minimum with 30 mins increments.
  • Could be scheduled using our calendar tool at or asked directly through any of our instant messaging accounts or social media.
  • Any time, any hour.
  • No notice required.

We will save our work and go with you right away.
